SUCCESSFULLY ENERGIZING 110KV AMATA 1 SUBSTATION – PHASE 2, QUANG NINH PROVINCE

Located near Hai Phong Port and on the road axis directly connecting to Mong Cai border gate, Song Khoai Industrial Park has basically completed construction of phase 1 with typical projects such as Jinko Solar 1 and 2 Silicon Panel Technology project with a total investment of nearly 900 million USD. With its advantages in geography and transport network, the Industrial Park has contributed to creating the driving force for the development of Quang Yen coastal economic zone and is expected to continue to attract investment waves in Quang Ninh province in the future. Therefore, in order to ensure power supply for business activities, avoid production interruptions and reduce losses for businesses in the Industrial Park, the completion and energization of 110kV Amata 1 substation - phase 2 is an urgent requirement. 

With the trust of the Investor – Amata Halong City Joint Stock Company, AIT CORP had the opportunity to participate and accompany throughout the 2 phases of the 110kV Amata 1 substation, in which: 

Phase 1: AITCORP is the representative of AIT-Thanh Vinh Joint Venture for the package: Surveying, Engineering, Procurement and Construction of 110kV Amata 1 substation with capacity of 1x63MVA, officially put into operation from November 15th, 2021. 

Phase 2: AITCORP plays the role of General Contractor of Engineering, Procurement and Construction for 110kV Amata 1 substation with 2 transformers and capacity of 2x63MVA. Specifically: 

The T2 transformer has been successfully energized and put into use. When in operation, the T2 transformer will reduce the load on the T1 transformer, improving the reliability of power supply for Song Khoai Industrial Park. 

The 110kV side is added two 110kV feeders for T2 and T3 transformers. 

The 22kV side is added the following 22kV distribution cabinets: 02 total cabinets for circuit breakers, 10 cabinets for outgoing circuit breakers, 02 cabinets for measurement, 01 cabinets for self-using transformers, 02 cabinets for segmentation disconnection switch and 02 cabinets for segment circuit breaker. 

Along with the success of the project, AIT CORP has had a good start for the year of the Rabbit year 2023, continuing to set its foot on the path of developing Vietnam's electricity grid.
