Technical characteristics
  • The switching, control, and main components are sourced from globally reputable manufacturers with significant market shares such as GE, EATON, ABB, and SIEMENS, in accordance with the technical requirements of each specific panel type.
  • The panel system complies with international standards including IEC 60439-1/-2, IEC 60364, IEC 60947, IEC 60529, IEC 60446, IEC 60073, and IEC 61082.
  • The cabinet frame is constructed from steel sheets with a minimum thickness of 2 mm, precisely bent, welded, or bolted to ensure high strength and structural integrity.
  • The equipment mounting frame is designed using standardized modules, facilitating future replacement and expansion.
  • Cabinet doors can open at 90° or 135°, with access from the front and/or rear. Each door is equipped with a lockable handle, which can be configured to open from the left or right as per customer requirements.
  • Internal lighting is provided by LED lamps, controlled by door-activated limit switches. Space heaters and ventilation fans are regulated by temperature and humidity sensors.
  • The bottom plates are pre-drilled for cable entry with appropriately sized holes for cable glands and clamps, and are removable. Depending on specific requirements, the panel can be designed to allow cable or busbar entry/exit from the top or sides, ensuring on-site adaptability.
  • Power supply circuits and functional circuits are protected by circuit breakers with appropriate breaking capacities and functions. Auxiliary contacts are provided for alarm and monitoring purposes.
  • All internal wiring is clearly labeled at both ends according to the design schematic. Wiring is arranged neatly to facilitate inspection, troubleshooting, and schematic verification.
  • A standard grounding copper bar is installed, with all metal enclosures and electronic device casings properly grounded for safety.
