AIT GROUP - MOBIFONE COLLABORATION FOR INSTALLING CENTRALIZED UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY (UPS) SYSTEM FOR MOBIFONE YEN HOA BUILDING

Though being a key data center of MobiFone Corporation, Yen Hoa building had previously faced challenges with its existing power supply system despite being equipped with three low-voltage transformers. These challenges posed potential risks to network safety and system stability.

Recognizing the risks, MobiFone Corporation’s Network Operation Center (NOC) under Mobifone Corporation initiated a collaboration with AIT Group to install an advanced centralized UPS system at the building.

The project involved deploying four high-capacity UPS units, totaling 2400kVA, using high-efficiency lithium batteries and an advanced power monitoring system. AIT Group proudly served as main partner, responsible for supplying and executing the installation, and training on UPS and monitoring system operation.

Once operational, the project will replace the outdated UPS system that no longer meets standards, ensuring a stable and safe power supply for the telecommunications equipment in the MobiFone Yen Hoa Building. This also completes the infrastructure to meet MobiFone’s Tier I standard, enhancing both network safety and reliability.
