SUCCESSFULLY ENERGIZING 110KV LONG THANH CEMENT SUBSTATION

110kV Long Thanh Cement substation, invested by Long Thanh Cement Joint Stock Company, was built in Hong Son hamlet, Thanh Son commune, Kim Bang district, Ha Nam province. 

The project has a total investment of over 78 billion VND, the main scale includes 01 transformer with capacity 55MVA; operated with 2 voltage levels 110kV and 6.3kV. 

AIT CORP is honored to be selected contractor to implement the following items: Design consultancy, supply of materials and equipment, construction and installation, calibration and completion of energizing and handing over the Substation. 

Main electrical connection diagram at the station: 

- 115kV side: Diagram of 01 busbar with segments including 04 circuit breakers (MC) with 02 line MCs, 01 MC for the transformer feeder, 01 MC for the communication feeder. 

- 6.3kV side: Designed according to the diagram of a busbar system, the distribution devices are installed in the cabinet and arranged indoor. 

After going operation, the 110kV Long Thanh Cement Substation will solve the difficulties and obstacles in power supply and improve the reliability of power supply for Long Thanh Cement Plant.
