On December 24, 2023, the 110kV Ly Thuong Kiet 2 Substation in Xuan Truc Commune, An Thi District, Hung Yen Province was successfully energized and commissioned. The project was led by Hung Yen Power Company, a subsidiary of Northern Power Corporation.

On December 18, 2023, the Dong Binh 110 kV substation was officially accepted and energized. AIT Group served as the contractor for the supply and installation of the 110 kV substation equipment and the SCADA information system for this project.
